If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact support with your order details and product photos so the request can be reviewed.

The 200 advance payment confirms order processing. Refund handling for advance payments depends on order status, payment verification, cancellation timing, and claim approval.

Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be rejected for used products, missing accessories, damaged packaging caused after delivery, incomplete proof, buyer remorse, wrong customer selection, or issues caused by incorrect customer information.

Delivery and courier delays
Courier delays, weather delays, unreachable phone numbers, incorrect addresses, or third-party delivery disruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund.
