    How do I place an order?

    Open a product, choose the color or finish if available, add it to cart, then complete checkout with your contact and delivery information.

    How do I track my order?

    Open the track order page and enter the tracking number provided after checkout.

    Can I change my order?

    Contact support as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether the order has already been processed or dispatched.

    Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

    No. Samaan Store currently accepts and delivers orders within Pakistan only.

    Yes. A 200 advance payment is required to confirm and process an order. The remaining amount can be handled according to the payment method shown during checkout.

    When will I receive my tracking number?

    Your tracking number is generated after checkout and shown on the order success page. It may also be included in order emails and later delivery updates.

    What does order received mean?

    Order received means your order has been saved and is waiting for review, confirmation, or processing by the Samaan Store team.

    What does order processing mean?

    Order processing means your order details, payment or advance information, product availability, and delivery information are being checked before dispatch.

    What does dispatched mean?

    Dispatched means the order has been packed and handed over for delivery or is ready for courier movement.

    Delivered means the order has been marked as completed after delivery to the customer or recipient.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched. Once the order is packed, shipped, or handed to a courier, cancellation may not be possible.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

    Contact support as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number, product photos, and a clear delivery or unboxing video so the issue can be reviewed.

    Do I need an unboxing video?

    Yes. A clear delivery and unboxing video is required for damaged, missing, wrong, or not-as-described product claims.

    Can I return a product if I changed my mind?

    Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted. Return or exchange requests are reviewed only for valid order issues according to the store policy.

    Can I use more than one discount?

    Only one discount may apply unless checkout clearly allows multiple offers. Some sale products, bundles, or promotions may be excluded from extra discounts.
